We do accept money orders, please contact us and we will do an invoice and provide some instructions for sending a money order.
*Free shipping takes the longest - it means surface (ground) transport. 2 weeks in North America, 3 to 6 weeks for Europe, Asia, Australia etc. The times vary widely. We are happy to ship by a faster method, but we must charge for it - we do not make money on shipping. By purchasing this item, you acknowledge that books may take the maximum time outlined and cannot be tracked. |
